If I Pre-Order now, when will I receive my Doorbell Boa?

We have finalized our development and the manufacturers overseas is making them now! Once we have an exact delivery date, we will email everyone their expected delivery date. We were promised by factory to have them in late April / early May (Our first 100!!!!). The entire shipment doesn’t arrive until June 2020 (in stores). However, the sooner the better. We’re just as eager as you are.



Can I check the status of my Pre-Order?

Yes, you sure can. Simply email us at support@doorbellboa.com and include your full name. Someone will get back with you within 24-48 hours with an update. We haven’t setup up our Customer Service Call Center just yet, so please use the mail system until further notice.



Will the Doorbell Boa fit on my door?

We certainly hope so. Please see the Product Specs page for minimum and maximum door sizes.
